Target Delivery Time for all orders:

Pattaya: 1 Working Day
Main City Centers: 2-3 business days to Bangkok, Pattaya, Koh Samui, Phuket, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai.
Outside of Main City: 3-5 Days

Refunds/Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted if the product was damaged or faulty. 

SUBSTITUTIONS: In the rare occasion that a product is over-sold or not immediately available our policy is to give you a FREE upgrade to the next closest wine, we will never down-grade you to a less expensive wine without providing a partial refund. We make these decisions in order to not delay your order going out or if the wait to receive your ordered wine is too long.

VINTAGE: We cannot always guarantee the vintage, we try to keep our product information as up to date as possible, but Vintages change every year as stock sells out and new imports arrive.

Refunds of faulty product: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you believe your drink is faulty, please read this page first to evaluate. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us for testing. You’ll also need the receipt/order number or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
