If received before 12:00 Monday to Friday
Pattaya: 1 Working Day
Main City Centers: 2-3 business days to Bangkok, Pattaya, Koh Samui, Phuket, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai.
Outside of Main City: 3-5 Days

Refunds/Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted if the product was damaged or faulty.
SUBSTITUTIONS: In the rare occasion that a product is over-sold or not immediately available our policy is to give you a FREE upgrade to the next closest wine, we will never down-grade you to a less expensive wine without providing a partial refund. We make these decisions in order to not delay your order shipping or if the wait to receive the wine shipment is too long.
VINTAGE: We cannot always guarantee the vintage, we try to keep our product information as up to date as possible, but Vintages change every year as stock sells out and new imports arrive.
WINE DATA: Wine data is constantly changing, whether it be Professional Ratings, Vivino Ratings, change of Vintage, %Alc, %Varietal blends. We try to keep our product information as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all product data on our website is 100% accurate all of the time.
Refunds of faulty product: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you believe your wine is defective we will confirm and provide a refund/replacement. Defective is different to you simply not liking the wine. Wine is a natural product and 1 in every few thousand bottles may have an issue and we will swiftly fix the issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us for testing.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
