Bouchon Winery is located in California’s Sonoma County, though they source grapes from Monterey, Santa Cruz and the Central Coast. The wines are made with an eye to California’s past, when elegance and restraint ruled the day and wines expressed fresh fruit flavors with moderate alcohol and an old-world structure: firm tannins and refreshing acidity.
