Tuercebotas is a new project from Bodegas del Medievo, as a tribute to our ancestors, made from the oldest Garnachas vines: concentrated, juicy and with a long and velvety finish.

APPEARANCE Deep cherry red color with ruby tones.

NOSE Intense aromas of ripe fruit like cherry and plums, on a spicy background of anise, clove and black pepper.

PALATE Perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with delicate tannins. Undertones of fruit and flowers with a pleasant velvety aftertaste.

AGEING This wine ages in new French oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled.

PAIRING Ideal with legumes, red meat stews, roasts. This wine goes well with desserts, sweets and dark chocolates.
