TRESOR ANNIVERSARY 2017 is unique and commemorates the first harvest in 1993 and is an homage to all the Cavas that are treasured, year after year, in the Chapel, the library located in the deepest part of Pere Ventura underground cellars.
This Cava Gran Reserva stands out, most especially, for its elegance, complexity and excellent carbonic integration. The result of the perfect crux of creativity, tradition and modernity, with a profound respect for the unique character of the Pere Ventura terroir.

APPEARANC EIntense golden colour, the bubble is fine, persistent, integrated.Limpid and bright.
NOSE Aromatically intense, the complexity is surprising, offering an interplay of unusually fresh aromas and the tertiary notes coming from ageing: citrus and herbaceous notes mingle with patisserie, spice, dried fruit, grain, chocolate and toasted notes.
PALATE A broad spectrum of flavours range from acacia flower to hints of dried fruit, toffee and briocherie, becoming sumptuous, fresh, broad and rich in nuances.AGEING48 months on the lees.
PAIRING Splendid by itself, it can be paired with sushi, mushroom risotto and a selection of pâtés.Serve between 10 ºC and 12ºC.
