Gramona Imperial Brut is a biodynamic sparkling wine blend of the Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Chardonnay and Parellada varieties, made by Gramona in the Corpinnat denomination, in Sant Sadurnà d’Anoia, Catalonia.
Gramona is a family winery with over 130 years of experience in making sparkling and still wines.
A few years ago, they decided to start working their vineyards according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, and they are now Demeter certified for this work.
Varieties: 50% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeo, 15% Parellada, 5% Chardonnay

Aroma: Intense, highlights the ripe white fruit, apple, peach from the vineyard. Citrus notes of lemon peel. Aniseed, fennel, hints of wheat. Butter, brioche. Oxygenation enhances the ripe aromas of apple pie, marzipan, toasted yolk.
Flavour:Â Light and fineVinification: the finesse and elegance of this vintage Gran Reserva has made it a classic among its addicted consumers.
Aged in cellars for between 3 and 4 years.
