This is a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc like no other you’ve yet experienced!
A complex and nuanced nose of very ripe mango. pineapple, guava and crushed herbs, combined with toasted pecans and hazelnuts. This wine has a rich palate and softer acid than classic expressions of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Candied pineapple, mango and citrus flavours interlace with notes of honey and butterscotch and then give way to a long smoky complex finish.
PAIRING: The OTQ Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant and complex match for a variety of seafoods; scallops, grilled fish, squid, trout or salmon. It also works well with soft cheeses, or try it with Halloumi & smashed garlic potatoes with seasonal salsa.
