IT Primasole Primitivo Puglia IGT

The name Cielo e Terra (literally Sky and Land, or Heaven and Earth) recreates a perfect marriage, where Heaven is represented by the family of the same name and the Land is identified with the expert hands of the winegrower partners working in the vineyards that yield these wines.

The grapes for this red wine grow in IGT Puglia. The grapes are picked early (hence Primitivo) to ensure the freshness, and youthfullness of the fruit.

APPEARANCE
Intense ruby red.

NOSE
Delicate with notes of violet and gooseberry and pleasant hints of spices, complemented by noticeable yet delicate hints of cocoa, vanilla and coffee.

PALATE
Full-bodied, round and well structured.
Velvety and sumptuous on the palate, with a fine spiciness, a very little sweetness and nicely integrated tannins.

AGEING
Twelve months of aging in wooden casks.

PAIRING
Typical food matches are wild games, roasts and cheeses.
