The vineyards of Pitars winery, cultivated with low yields per hectare, extend in Friuli Venezia Giulia between the provinces of Pordenone and Udine for more than 160 hectares: in San Martino al Tagliamento, Rivolto and Passariano, right next to the magnificent Villa Manin.

VARIETALS: 85% Glera , 15 % Ribolla Gialla and Verduzzo
AGING: First fermentation occurs in steel vats. Then 6 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES:
COLOUR: Pale straw yellow.
AROMA: Pleasantly fresh with fruity and discreetly aromatic hints.
PALATE: Velvety and acidulous.
FINISH: Fresh and balanced.
PAIRINGS: Perfect as an aperitif, or to accompany fish, seafood and desserts.
