IT PietraPura ‘Nterra Negroamaro Puglia IGP

This wine is produced with Negroamaro grapes selected in the Salento Region of Apulia.

After temperature controlled fermentation is over, must is gently pressed and after some months of ageing in big tanks is then bottled.

APPEARANCE Purple color with dark violet reflections.

NOSE Intense and persistent aromas of soft fruits, blackcurrant, with hints of thyme and herbs.

PALATE Good structured wine with very pleasant freshness, smooth tannins and with a long lasting finish.

PAIRING Serve it with soups, pastas, red meats and dry cheeses.
