APPEARANCE Ruby red with tinges of purple.

NOSE Austere bouquet of fruit preserve, marasca cherry and prune with developed notes of vanilla and cloves.

AGEING 6 months in French oak barrels with a further refinement of 2-3 months in bottle.

PAIRING Red meats, roast game and mature cheeses.
