Guerrieri is a wine that is produced only in the best years by selecting grapes from the oldest vineyard of the company.

The Guerrieri Agricultural Company uses grapes from vineyards rigorously cultivated according to strict rules for the reduction of environmental impact (vegetable nitrogen fertilization, mechanical weeding under the row…), exclusively followed with passion and professionalism.

Grape variety : Bianchello company selection

Production and Harvest : only in the best years from the oldest vineyard of the company. Thinning of the bunches in function of the uniform completion of their maturation. Late harvest. Partial fermentation in wood.

Aging : in oak barrels for over a year.

It elegantly accompanies fish, white meats, mature cheeses, it is enhanced with truffles.
