TASTING NOTES: 

Fine barrel-aged organic grappa made from organic pomace from the Glera (Prosecco) and Pinot Gris grape varieties, grown in Veneto. 

At least 12 months aging in barriques. 

Fruity and floral notes, nicely underlined by a fine, not too intense woody aroma. 

White flowers, peach, apple, plus caramel and vanilla from barrel aging. 

Wonderfully soft and velvety, professionally distilled from the well-known traditional Castagner company in the heart of the Veneto.
