Tasting notes Intense ruby red with garnet hints. Complex fruity bouquet with notes of cherry, black cherry, mixed berries, vanilla, raisins and tropical fruits. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, rich, soft, and velvety.

AGEING Full malolactic fermentation. Refinement in barrels for 24 months and in bottle for 6 months. Natural stabilization.

PAIRING Grilled, braised and game meat and also aged cheese.
