Now nearly 200 years old, Mampe is a historic Berlin liqueur, invented by pharmacist Carl Mampe as a medicine to combat cholera.  The brand played a significant role in Berlin’s drinking culture, especially in the late 19th and 20th centuries, with its own restaurants and a strong presence in the city’s social scene. Mampe has seen a revival, continuing to produce traditional recipes and new creations. It has developed into one of Berlin’s most exciting institutions!
