FR Patriarche Bourgogne Chardonnay

The history of Patriarche was written by audacious men and women starting in 1780 in Beaune. 

The traditional care of the winemaking methods make their wines a bench-marking classic of the regional style with a lot of freshness and great balance.

This Burgundy white wine is a balanced blend of grapes coming from the Côte de Beaune for the structure and from the Mâcon region for their freshness and minerality. 

The result of the talent of the Cellar Master who has selected Chardonnay grapes harvested at perfect maturity and has aged the wine in 20% new barrels.

TECHNICAL DATA Alcohol 12.5%

APPEARANCE Luminous pretty clear yellow.

NOSE Fresh and fruity on the nose with notes of minerals, citrus, dried fruits with pleasant vanilla notes.

PALATE Tender and subtly fruity on the palate, with a fine texture, bold with a fresh finish.

AGEING 80% of the wine is aged in vats, while 20% in oak barrels during 9 to 15 months.

PAIRING It can be served as an aperitif, ideal with starters and fish.
