APPEARANCE Intense purplish red.

NOSE Pleasant and attractive aromas of red berries, blackcurrant and raspberry.

PALATE Fresh and round with a final of fruits and fineness.

AGEING Ageing is performed in vats and the wine is bottled the following autumn in order to preserve the maximum of fruits.

PAIRING All meats and poultry, cooked pork meats and all kind of cheese.
