FR L’Odalet Cabernet Sauvignon Pays d’Oc

L’Odalet is from an area where wines can be traced back to the 5th century when the Greeks planted the first vineyards near Narbonne, and these are considered to be France’s oldest vineyards.

VARIETALS:  100% Cabernet Sauvignon

TASTING NOTES: A high toned Cabernet with bright aromas of violet, sage, black cherry, and a touch of roasted vanilla bean. The palate shows full body with a barrage of more dark coloured fruit that builds to a long finish of spicy tannin.

PAIRING

It goes well with refined dishes like quail or foie gras, as well as game-based dishes. Excellent accompaniments to desserts, particularly berries or chocolate cakes.
