This wine is lightly semi-sweet, giving a special tropical feel – this is achieved by stopping the fermentation of the must by cooling, when the wine yeast has not yet processed all the sugar.

VARIETALS: 50% Sauvignon, and 50% Colombard
ALC: 11%
TASTING NOTES: An exquisite bouquet of tropical fruits harmonizes perfectly with slightly pronounced grapefruit tones. This combination gives the wine a unique taste, showing a balance of sweetness and fruitiness with freshness and acidity. The aftertaste is pleasant and round.
