Laurent Habrard is a fifth-generation winemaker based in Gervans, in the northern Rhône Valley. Since taking over the family estate in 1998, he has expanded it to 16.6 hectares across the Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, and Hermitage appellations.

AGING POTENTIAL: 10-15 Years
TASTING NOTES: The color is very light pale yellow. The nose is open and rich offering notes of ripe yellow fruits, honey, light toasted and vanilla touches which bring even more indulgence.
On the palate, the attack is fresh but quickly, a nice sweetness accompanies the aromatic notes of linden honey and fresh almond.
The finish is long on notes of fresh pear and vanilla.
FOOD PAIRING: This wine is to be enjoyed chilled now for its gourmet side, accompanied by a citrus/vanilla scallop carpaccio.
