PALATE: Fruity and saline, the colour is pale, crystalline yellow which in time will change to gold. The nose expresses lovely white flesh fruit whilst the palette has the subtle citrus fruit flavour of pomelo. Expressions of freshness and minerality… with always floral notes and a beautiful aromatic intensity.

PAIRING: This white Beaujolais goes well with fish dishes and white meats, or is ideal as an aperitif.
