FR Château Talaris Bordeaux AOC

Created in 1936, Château Talaris is a family estate of 7 hectares located in Tauriac (Gironde), close to the Pair-non-pair caves.

The vineyard of Château Talaris, lead by its owner Ms. Christelle Rios, has been certified sustainable HVE (High Environmental Value) and has been in the process of conversion to organic farming since 2020.

APPEARANCE
Deep ruby red.

NOSE
The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe red berries (wild strawberry and raspberry) combined with minty and dark chocolate notes when swirled.

PALATE
Fruit driven, well-balanced with nice texture on the palate, the tannins are velvety with a long aftertaste.

PAIRING
Served at room temperature, you can enjoy it with red meats, grilled or stewed meat and medium aged cheeses.
