The Château Les Moines belongs to the estate Château la Grâce Dieu which in the Middle Ages was a Cistercian prioress called A LA Grâce De Dieu.

The vineyard of Château Les Moines is situated on the western hillside of the city (estate) of Saint Emilion, located just 2 km from the famous village of Saint Emilion.

APPEARANCE
Brilliant cherry-red colour.

NOSE
Fruity with blackcurrant and blueberry notes and spicy on the nose.

PALATE
Rich and fresh on the palate. Lovely mellow oak with silky tannins.

AGEING
For 12 months, 50% in 1-year-old barrels (French oak, fine grain, medium toast) and 50% in concrete vats.

PAIRING
Enjoy this Bourdeaux red with classic pairings, such as roast lamb, venison, duck breast or beef-based dishes.
