The palate is firmly built but not muscular, more tightly elegant, gripping and long, precise and determined, at the full end of medium-bodied. Stunning red from a classic vintage of flair and upfront beauty. Very stylish and with good future prospects.

AGEING

Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

PAIRING

This structured red will go really well with appetizers, red meats, aged cheeses and desserts with chocolate.
