Friends since school, Anthony Aubert & Jean-Charles Mathieu challenged themselves to create a range of wines in their image, by bringing a touch of originality and modernity to their cuvées. Created in 2018, they are part of an eco-conscious approach, more transparent and more sustainable. This commitment is evident from the vine to the bottle with organic cuvées or in conversion.

Attractive pale rose color, with raspberry and silver, shining nuances.

NOSE
Very aromatic and discreet nose with fresh and light aromas of wild strawberries and red currants.

PALATE
In terms of flavors, we find in the mouth raspberry, peach, morello cherry and fresh lemon.
It’s deliciously light and refreshing, fruity throughout in a light style.

AGEING
Night picking to preserve freshness.
Total destemming and maceration for 6 hours under controlled temperature.

PAIRING
The perfect matches are Burrata al pesto, tataki and raspberry sorbet.
