This special range of wines are grown on Vocanic slopes, the Volcanic character is an attribute which makes our wines more vibrant and richer with greater complexity in aromas and on the palate.

BLEND 100% Carménère

COLOR: Deep violet.

AROMA: Presents aromas of tobacco, roasted coffee and graphite, accompanied by black fruits and spicy notes, typical of Carménère.

MOUTH: fresh, expressive, and very fruity, with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and cassis; notes of black pepper, nutmeg, chocolate and subtle touches of menthol surface. Soft and tasty, with well structured tannins, and very elegant. Long and velvety finish.

PAIRING: Stews, casserole, roast strip, pork ribs, Chilean food, sausages, pasta with pomodoro sauce and olive octopus
