APPEARANCE: Straw-coloured yellow.

AROMAS: Delicate but intense notes of white peach, pear and quince with hints of coconut and minerality.

PALATE: Fresh and vibrant but complex and well structured with steely acidity and refreshingly low alcohol.

PAIRINGS: Ideal with fish or seafood as well as cheese platters
