TECHNICAL DATA Alcohol 13.5%

APPEARANCE Deep ruby red color.

NOSE Aromas of rich blackberry, spices and forest floor fragrance.

PALATE The entrance is well-rounded, the structure is balanced, the aftertaste has the flavor of vanilla and chocolate, and the finish is long.

AGEING 18 months aging in French wooden barrels.

PAIRING Suitable for pasta with cream, white meats, stews, sausages, young cheeses and dark chocolate.
