VARIETALS: 100% Malbec
Malbec is Australia’s juicy, fruit-forward style. The sweet vanilla oak that is used is complimentary to the fruit-forward style, but it’s not dominant. Medium bodied & medium soft tannin.
NOSE: Red cherries, plums and blueberries, with hints of spice and white pepper
TASTING NOTES Soft, sweet fruit profile and medium tannin structure makes the Malbec a great pair to softer meats and those with delicious, sweeter marinates.
PAIRING: You can pair it with chicken, lean cuts of beef, turkey, chicken and even ostrich.
