Tempus Two was founded in 1997 by one of Australia's most iconic and revered wine families, the McGuigans, whose winemaking history dates back four generations to 1869. 

From its spiritual home in the Hunter Valley, Tempus Two sources fruit from Australia's premium regions to craft wines with both substance and style.

TASTING NOTES: Cinnamon and spice elegantly mingle with savory red fruits, leather and blackberries.  A concentrated and complex wine. Vibrant, rich plum and spice dominate a complex palate layered with vanilla, licorice and blackberry jam.

PAIRING: Divine with roast duck, wood-fired pizza as well as a sharp cheddar cheese.
