From the very beginning, Susana Balbo has been dominating the art of breaking the rules. She was a pioneer in Torrontés wines, transforming this traditional grape of Argentina into an emblematic one. Her first harvest broke the rules by creating a premium style of Torrontés distinguished by its elegant notes of white flowers, pear and ripe peach. In a few words: dry, fresh and aromatic.

APPEARANCE Beautiful pale green-yellow.

NOSE On the nose, it is floral, youthful and fresh.

PALATE On the palate, it has a beautiful structure and a great minerality with tangy acidity and notes of fresh grapes.

AGEING Conservation over lees during 3 months in order to improve the structure of the wine.

PAIRING With its light aromatic style and cool serving temperature, Torrontés is an excellent match with Indian and Asian food, such as coconut curries and Thai spice peanut dishes. It goes well also with smoked meat, medium cheese, fish, crab, and sushi.
