TASTING NOTES: Vigna Piaggia 2019 is a full-bodied wine with great freshness and a pronounced floral note of slightly wilted rose and violet. It features red fruits like blood orange, pomegranate, and cherry, as well as black fruits like blackcurrant and blackberry. It also has a lovely balsamic and aromatic note. There are dark spices such as black pepper, licorice, and sweet pipe tobacco.
AGING: 36 months in barrels of Slavonian oak, 12 months in stainless steel tanks, 12 months in bottle.
