SOIL: Clay and Limestone

VARIETALS: 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

ALC : 13.0% by Vol.

MAKING: In order to preserve the fresh fruit flavors from the grapes, a portion of this wine is fermented and micro-oxygenated in stainless steel vats at low temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is then blended with elections that are vinified traditionally.

TASTING NOTES: This wine has a dark red dress with light copper highlights. The nose has aromas of red fruits and spices. In the mouth it proves well-structured, with the tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon.
