FR L’Odalet Chardonnay Pays d’Oc

L’Odalet is from an area where wines can be traced back to the 5th century when the Greeks planted the first vineyards near Narbonne, and these are considered to be France’s oldest vineyards.

VARIETALS:  100% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES: A more mineral inflected style of Chardonnay with delicate aromas of green apple, green tea, wild sage, and dried melon. The palate is full with a good balance of mineral and fruit where as the palate betrays a subtle note of oak.

PAIRING:  Excellent with grilled fish, white or different cheeses
