The Domaine de Panéry is a unique destination. The lands welcome today organic vines, olive trees and truffle trees. A polyculture reflection of a terroir.
The estate has perpetuated the tradition of mixed farming since 1898, reflecting a unique terroir and today represents 50 ha of vines, 100 ha of olive trees and a truffle plantation.
We work with traditional grape varieties representative of our terroir: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan, Roussanne, Viognier…on different appellations including CĂ´tes du RhĂ´ne and DuchĂ© d’Uzès.

VARIETALS: Roussane, Viognier

TASTING NOTES: The tasting reveals a wine of great finesse and perfect balance, a harmony between the freshness of Roussanne and the roundness of Viognier. On the palate, the distinctive aromas of Viognier blend with the sweetness of Roussanne, creating a round and delicate texture. The liveliness of the acidity of Roussanne brings a real freshness. The combination of floral and fruity aromas persists in a balanced taste. The blend of these two grape varieties offers a soft and evolving taste experience that seduces with its minerality, balance and freshness.
