TASTING: Beginning with light cherry notes and a hint of tobacco on the nose, this easy-going Pinot Noir is soft on the palate with smooth tannins. Beautifully structured flavors of red licorice and raspberry are integrated with a touch of minerality, offering a baked berry pie finish.

FOOD PAIRING: A great pairing to lamb burgers, artichoke dip, and glazed ham.
