TASTING NOTES:
The wine is light, aerial and of a great length. First choice grapes (so called A) are harvested at optimal maturity and then sent to the press in a minimal period of time. The pressing is carried out in accordance with the quality pressing principles of Champagne and specifications of “Tête de Cuvée”.
It is richer in terms of sugar and acidity, which brings to the wine a great maturity and freshness. These subtle aromas confer to this champagne a great freshness on the palate with an interesting ageing potential.
