In the heart of the Marca Trevigiana, at the foot of Colli Asolani and Montello district, stands Cantina Montelliana, a cooperative of 400 associated vine growers that produces Prosecco DOC, DOCG, and other wines of high organoleptic value.

Montelliana Mont Blanc Cuvée Extra Dry is a fine and prestigious sparkling wine obtained by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. And a very versatile wine that goes very well both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.

Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights.

NOSE
On the nose, it has thin, abundant perlage and a typically fruity bouquet.

The taste is soft, dry, delicate and mildly sweet.

AGEING
White wine method with soft pressing, Charmat fermentation method.

PAIRING
Ideal as an aperitif or served with dessert.
Serve at 6-8° C.
