The Château Lynch-Moussas was named Fifth Grand Cru Classé in the famous 1855 classification for the Paris Universal Exhibition.
Based on a 62-hectare vineyard planted on gravel soils, planted with 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot vines. The wines are aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, with around 55% new wood.

TASTING NOTES:
Garnet-purple color. Lovely complex nose revealing roses, chocolate, blueberries and blackberries perfumes along with scrubland and smoke notes. In the mouth, this wine is fresh with a mineral profile.

Aged in one-year-old barrels for 18 months.
PAIRING
Great with lamb cutlet, venison, poultry, and wild mushroom fricassee.
