APPEARANCE
An attractive straw-yellow colour with greenish iridescences.

NOSE
It gives off aromas of tropical fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit.

PALATE
On the palate, it’s fresh, unctuous and with citrus notes that remind to grapefruit. The end is tasty and long.

PAIRING
Crustaceans and shellfish such as oysters, various salads for example with goat cheese, Spanish starters such as pimientos or gazpacho. Also an ideal aperitif wine.
