Cantine Paolini has a long history over half a century that began in 1964 in Marsala, the westernmost city of Sicily. In a fertile territory for the cultivation of vines and for cooperation, a group of far-sighted winemakers thought of uniting their individual strengths and skills to enhance the most suitable soils and improve the production of grapes in wine.

TASTING NOTES

Intense cherry aroma paired with notes of mulberries, cranberries and raspberries. A balanced acid structure on the palate, with soft tannins, very typical of Sicily.
