TASTING NOTES:

This is a classic claret displaying that characteristic Merlot nose of small red fruits.

Round and earthy on the palate, there are black fruit and black truffle flavours, that develop wonderfully into a long and round finish, balanced by supple tannins.

Red meats such as beef, lamb, and game, as well as poultry like duck and roasted chicken
