The Melet family has owned Château Bel-Air in Pomerol since 1914 and Château Beausejour in Fronsac for five generations. Following the family tradition, the focus remains on quality. Since 2011, the consultant oenologist has been Bordeaux’s rising star, Stéphane Derenoncourt.

NOSE
Going crescendo, this wine begins timidly, with a discreet nose with aromas of red fruits and quite delicate stone fruits.
PALATE
The palate is more assertive, with a nice tannic presence, medium-bodied, a woody touch due to aging in barrels and a good overall harmony.
AGEING
The wine is aged for 18 months, two-third in barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal with beef, barbecued meat, veal chops.
