PALATE Bubbly and refreshing taste, balanced and with beautiful fruity flavours. The mousse is thin and well diffused and in the mouth it is very soft and round.

AGEING Charmat Method.

PAIRING Ideal as aperitif or light meals, with Parma ham, mild cheeses and sushi.
