This special range of wines are grown on Vocanic slopes, the Volcanic character is an attribute which makes our wines more vibrant and richer with greater complexity in aromas and on the palate.

VINTAGE: 2018 

ORIGIN Maipo Valley

100% Cabernet Sauvignon 

APPEARANCE: Intense ruby red.

AROMAS: Intense and complex. Presence of red and black fruits such as currants, raspberries and black cherries. Soft notes of laurel and cedar accompanied by a pleasant hint of classic Maipo menthol.

PALATE: Fresh and tasty with beautifully integrated tannins and subtle toasty notes. Long, supple finish.

PAIRINGS: Lean red meats, sunday roasts, pork and wildfowl, as well as seasoned pasta or mature cheeses.

Bottle Aged for a minimum of 2 years to enhance evolution and unique character
