Located in Odenas (Rhône), the Domaine de la Chaize extends over 250 hectares, including 99 hectares of vines, which makes it the largest property in one piece in Beaujolais cru. Today, the Château is the emblem of the most prestigious Beaujolais Cru estate.

“Côte de Brouilly” is a blend of a selection of our vineyard sites, located on the famous Mont Brouilly mountain, on granite and blue stones soils of 50 years vines.2019 marks the return of a vintage that is typical of Beaujolais, showcasing all of the Gamay grape’s crisp freshness.For more info,

APPEARANCE Intense ruby red.

NOSE Ripe red and black fruits, hint of spices and minerality.

PALATE Delicate black fruits with velvety tannins, balanced between freshness and maturity and framed by a subtle structure.

AGEING 50% in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and 50% in large wooden vats.

PAIRING Cold cuts, turkey and chicken, salads with chicken or bacon (think frisée with lardons) or even seared tuna and salmon.
