Sangiovese and Merlot grapes are hand-harvested from the hillside vineyards in the Central part of Abruzzo region, the Terre di Chieti, to create this unique, medium full, fruity, spicy and soft blend of local and International grape varieties.

APPEARANCE Ruby-red colour with violet undertones.

NOSE A fragrant bouquet of red fruit, finely framed by gentle oak spices.

PALATE On the palate it’s showing juicy ripe small red-black fruit with a slight spiciness, accompanied by soft tannins and mild acids in the aftertaste.

AGEING 3 months ageing in Slovenian oak barrels. 2 months bottle rest.

PAIRING Perfect picnic wine for barbecue, stews, roast pork belly (porchetta), pasta dishes, pizza, vegetarian lasagna and ratatouille.
