Amadio Pirovano opened the tavern “Da Pirovano” in the mid-800s, selling wine bought mainly from small farmers in southern Italy, especially in Puglia. Today, the fourth generation, with commitment and dedication, continues the growth and development of the family business.

NOSE Intense hints of jam, plum, cocoa and leather.

PAIRING It’s very good with rich dishes, grilled meat, beef stew, and hard cheeses.
