A premium Limoncello: Isolabella Limoncello has a distinctly full flavour and a dazzling intense colour. This liqueur is characterized as a fresh, accessible limoncello and is made from Sicilian lemons. Delicious as a digestif or cocktail but can also be used in a dessert.
NATURAL LEMONS
Isolabella Limoncello is produced from the best “Zagara White” lemons from Sicily, the pearl of the Mediterranean. Our lemons are selected and chosen based on colour, shape, size and thickness of the peel.
PRESERVATION OF THE AROMAS
The distinctive flavour of our Limoncello comes from lemon peels that have been carefully selected. The artisans take utmost attention to the peeling process, which is as gentle as possible to extract and preserve the precious content of essential oils.
MAINTAINING THE FRAGRANCE
The cold infusion of lemon peels is carried out by hand to optimally preserve the taste and aroma.
