TASTING NOTES:

Everything is present in this beautiful Chassagne-Montrachet from the “En Pimont” climate and produced by the Au Pied du Mont Chauve estate. The balance between minerality and indulgence is truly superb in this bottle and the palate offers notes oscillating between butter, vanilla, lovely spicy oak as well as fruity aromas of peach, pear, and delicate ripe citrus. The finish is decidedly marked by aromas of flint (silex), giving great length and a lot of presence to this great Burgundy wine. A delight!
